KK11 Terms and Conditions for Bangladesh Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kk11 or creating a kk11 account, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use kk11.

These Terms apply to every interaction you have with kk11 — browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, requesting a withdrawal, or contacting kk11 support. There are no exceptions.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one kk11 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. KK11 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.

When registering on kk11, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details kk11 requests during registration or subsequent verification. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your kk11 login credentials — your username and password — confidential. Do not share your kk11 account details with anyone. • One account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.

The minimum deposit on kk11 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though kk11 may apply enhanced due diligence checks for large deposits. Deposits are credited to your kk11 balance instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact kk11 support with your transaction reference number.

The minimum withdrawal on kk11 is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. KK11 targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for standard withdrawals, though processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method that has been used to deposit on the same kk11 account.
• KK11 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, but your mobile money provider may apply their own charges.
• KK11 may delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• KK11 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on kk11 are subject to the specific rules of the game being played. These game-specific rules are displayed within each game on the kk11 platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

Once a bet is confirmed on kk11, it cannot be cancelled or amended. KK11 does not offer cash-out or bet cancellation features. You are responsible for reviewing your bet details — stake amount, game type, and round — before confirming.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

KK11 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered. These Terms provide the general framework that applies to all kk11 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on kk11. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one kk11 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using kk11 for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, software exploits, or any other means.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with kk11 games or systems.
• Sharing your kk11 account with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Attempting to access another player's kk11 account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kk11 staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent kk11's responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion.

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to kk11, other players, or third parties.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under kk11's responsible gaming programme.

You may also close your kk11 account at any time by contacting kk11 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all wagering requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

11 Limitation of Liability

KK11 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kk11 makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, kk11 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
